March 6th, 2pm - 5pm
Come learn how to make acrylic pour paintings and play around with collaging!
In this two part class you will learn how to make cool abstract paintings by creating custom paint palettes, pouring paint onto a canvas, learning paint manipulation techniques to move and stretch the paint around.
For the next portion of the class, we will be using various images from magazines, books, print-outs, and more to create unique works of art by collaging. Starting with the basics, we will learn the different types of glue to use, paper types and thickness, and how to collage images onto a canvas. Darrin will share tips and techniques used in their personal artwork.
